Only if products have not been used and are still in their original boxes AND if consulted with our company, products can be returned. Charged costs for returning products:


The costs charged for orders worth up to €50,- excluding VAT are €11,50.


The costs charged for orders worth between €51,- and €100,- excluding VAT are €15,-.


The costs charged for orders worth between €101,- and €200,- excluding VAT are €20,-.


The costs charged for orders worth from €200,- excluding VAT or higher are 10% from the total order worth.

  • We prefer for the packing slip or invoice to be send back to us in the package. 

  • The costs for returning a package are for your own expense.
